LSOEC offers high quality Challenge Course and Leadership Building activities to further the educational experiences and personal growth of young adults and adult.
A challenge course is defined as a series of activities, sometimes on or close to the ground (usually referred to as a low course) and sometimes built on utility poles or trees, or in the rafters of a building (a high course).
Challenge Course activities may also be effectively combined with other experiential education programs, like those used for leadership or trust building, social skill development, and team building exercises.

The American Mountain Guide’s Association (AMGA) is the premier source for training, certification, and services for professional mountain guides and climbing instructors in the United States.
LSOEC staff Rich Petteruti and Tai Grosjean are AMGA-certified Single Pitch Instructors.
Tai Grosjean is also an AMGA-certified Climbing Wall Instructor.
