Offering complete professional services related to ropes courses, climbing walls and zip lines, including design, inspection, construction and facilitator training, LSOEC is the right choice for your for organization’s outdoor education needs.
For organizations we provide experiential education programs, including high and low challenge course programs, as well as leadership/corporate programs, and challenge course instructor training programs at our facility in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.
And for the outdoor enthusiast we plan and run rock climbing, mountaineering, backpacking, and hiking trips (including winter programs!)

LSOEC is a division of The Lord Stirling School, a New Jersey approved not-for-profit school for children with learning and other disabilities.
LSOEC believes that conserving the environment is critical and supports the Access Fund. Founded in 1990, the Access Fund supports and represents over 2.3 million climbers nationwide in all forms of climbing: rock, ice, mountaineering, and bouldering.

The American Mountain Guide’s Association (AMGA) is the premier source for training, certification, and services for professional mountain guides and climbing instructors in the United States.
LSOEC staff Rich Petteruti and Tai Grosjean are AMGA-certified Single Pitch Instructors.
Tai Grosjean is also an AMGA-certified Climbing Wall Instructor.
